Yard Work

Erin and Jeremy spent the weekend working in the yard. This was Erins first try at gardening, however I must say she is really developing a green thumb! We are truly turning into "urban farmers", with pumpkins, peppers, and tomatos growing along the side of our house, (at least as long as we can keep our new puppy out of them)! Erin and I also enjoyed having our sister Jennie in town for the long weekend! This, coupled with seeing the new Indiana Jones Movie made for a fun weekend. (By the way we give the new "Indy Movie" 3 out of 4 whips, (the aliens were just plain weird! Jennie we are glad you made it home safe, (check out Saturdays post for pics of the three of us at Corridor 44 in Denver.

Memorial Day

We were lucky enough to have our sister Jennie come visit us this Memorial Day weekend! We have been having a great time! Not only has she been helping us around the house she has also had a chance to visit with some of her old friends. We might be blessed enough to have her come live with us after she graduates college this December! This weekend we took a trip to the Humane Society and rescued a 12 week old puppy that we named Bear. He is a Black Lab puppy with a quarter Hound dog in him. You will notice his long ears!!! He is very sweet and mellow. However, he could weigh up to 90 pounds!!! We now have 2 cats and 2 dogs. If you know anything about me (Erin) I have a heart for stray animals. So it is a good thing I married a man who also loves animals. Bear is Jeremy's boy, he has a Harley Davidson collar. Happy Memorial Day weekend. Enjoy the pictures. By the way our other dog Bella Rose is getting along great with Bear. She is being a little bossy but she is being nicer than we thought she would be!

Reception

We will be back in California in September to have a reception. We guess that will be the traditional side of things! We are really excited! We are talking with our families about having a western theme, nothing silly but very fun. Maybe some line dancing and two-stepping. Erin will have her first dance with her dad. So polish up your cowboy boots and get ready for a good time you'all. More details to follow soon. Thanks for all the love, prayers, and support. We have registered at Bed Bath and Beyond, but really all we want is to visit with all our family and friends while we are there. Love you!

Family

Married for 1 month and 1 day!

We know it has been a very long time since our last post! We have just been so busy! It seems every weekend has been packed full with fun activities. Last weekend we were back in California to pack up the last of Erin's things and to visit with our families and celebrate Mother's Day. A few weekends ago Jeremy's district had won a trip to 5 star Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver. We have been enjoying the nice weather out and about in the surrounding areas of Denver. Here are some of our latest pictures and we will be sure to update you all soon.
